to Michigan sales tax and a 3% hotel levy. Rates are subject to change.

Reservations
A credit card is required to hold a reservation.
We take MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

Cancellation Policy
Due to our limited number of rooms, and an unusually short business season, cancellations made more than 10 days prior to arrival date will be assessed a $30.00 non-refundable service charge per day/per night cancelled. Cancellations made 10 days or less from the arrival date are non-refundable.


Pets
We are sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.

Smoking
We are pleased to offer a non-smoking establishment.
There are smoking areas available on porches.

Group Rates
If you wish to have a group gathering (Scrapbooking Club, Arts and Crafts Club, Family Reunions, Red Hat, Yah Yah Sisters, etc. ) - we offer special pricing when you take all seven B&B rooms or all seven Motel rooms. We also have a large Gathering Room to accomodate your event. Ask for details.
